Our committed Activities Co-ordinator ensures there is always a range of exciting activities to join in at Mt Herbert House including Aqua Jogging at the local Westpac Indoor Heated Pool, crafts, games, Thai Chi and visiting places of interest in the company van. There are 4 lounges at Mt Herbert House, a lovely garden area outside, plus a central courtyard which is sheltered and captures the sun, so there are plenty of places to sit and visit with your family and friends.

Mt Herbert also has 6 chalets on site which are available on a lease basis for those who prefer a more independent lifestyle but can connect in with the Rest Home for activities. An information pack is available from the home and we invite anyone considering Rest Home, Hospital Level care or are interested in the chalet option for their loved one to visit us.
